Before the winter sets in with ice and snow, tomorrow is a time to join your neighbors and friends in cleaning up the neighborhood. The clean-up program is run by the Beacon Hill Civic Association in conjunction with the Boston Department of Public Works. Rakes, trash bags and other supplies can be picked up at either Charles Street Supply, 54 Charles Street or at the Phillips Street Playground between 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon. See you tomorrow.
