Assault and Battery 

12/31/11 – A Charles Street liquor store reported a male suspect attempted to conceal four bottles of wine in a messenger bag and leave the store at around 5:56 p.m. The manager confronted the suspect, and a struggle ensued inside the store. At this time, the suspect fled on foot, and the merchandise was recovered.

Willful and Malicious Destruction of Property 

01/01/12 – A Cambridge Street liquor store reported a male suspect broke the front display window with his hand at around 7:21 p.m. and fled up Joy Street, where he was chased down by the store manager and held for police.
