Ring in the holiday season tomorrow, Wednesday, November 14, when Tom Kershaw hosts Garlands and Green: a Holiday Gathering. This popular Beacon Hill Civic Association holiday party helps raise the $12,000 needed for the laurel garlands and red bows that magically transform Beacon Hill’s lamp posts.
Enjoy live music by local jazz musicians Lisa Macalaster and Richard Pierce, as they play popular tunes and holiday favorites at the Hampshire House, 84 Beacon Street, from 6-9 p.m. The night also includes a drawing for a selection of items from Beacon Hill businesses, including gift cards, Celtics tickets, gym passes, earrings and much more. Tickets are $30 per adult or $35 at the door, and include hors d’oeuvres along with two glasses of beer, wine, or a holiday martini.
