Young Friends to Hold Workshop on Healthier Lifestyle

A healthful lifestyle is easier than you might think, and on July 30th you will find out why at the Beacon Hill Civic Association Young Friend’s Health & Exercise Event! The staff from Fitness Together will be at 74 Joy Street to guide members of the Beacon Hill community down the path to better health and fitness starting at 6:30pm.

The path to good health isn’t the same for everyone, but as a community we tend to share some of the same wants and needs when it comes to our overall health and happiness. With nationally recognized personal training and certified nutrition professionals on staff, Fitness Together has the answers to becoming a healthier Beacon Hiller! Whether you choose to use 1 or all 10 steps while traveling down your personal path, each step is guaranteed to make a lasting difference!

Paneled discussion with certified personal trainers and licensed dietitian starts at 6:30 pm, followed by an optional group exercise session at 7pm. All Beacon Hill neighbors are encouraged to attend this event. Please contact the Beacon Hill Civic Association (617-227-1922) with any questions.
