Don’t miss the neighborhood’s biggest party! On Sunday, September 20th, the Beacon Hill Civic Association will once again host the Neighborhood Block Party from 12noon to 4pm in-front of The Firehouse, 127 Mt. Vernon Street. The annual event welcomes back the community after each summer for a fun-filled afternoon. We’ll have the return of your favorite attractions: dogs parading on stage; popcorn kernels popping; used book, children’s clothing and athletic gear sales; live music; crafts for kids; a visit from a fire truck. This year the Charles River Bistro will be supplying the food. In addition to hot dogs, they will be serving pizza by the slice. And you can still top off your lunch with a scoop of J.P.Lick’s ice cream. Mark your calendars and remind your friends to do the same!
