02/11/18 – A victim reported he was walking in the area of Park Plaza at around 12:10 a.m., when a homeless male approached him. At this time the suspect asked the victim for money, and when the victim reached into his pocket to pull out money, the suspect grabbed the victim’s passport and fled on foot.
