07/06/11 – A victim reported his 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee was parked on Irving Street between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. when it was struck on the passenger’s side by an unknown motor vehicle. The operator of the unknown motor vehicle left information on the victim’s windshield and fled the area.
