Assault and Battery
07/28/12 – At around noon, a male suspect was arrested for assault and battery on a Health and Hospitals EMT. The suspect punched the victim in the face and ripped his uniform shirt off. The suspect attacked the EMT because he believed his girlfriend was not transported in the ambulance to Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) fast enough.
