The Beacon Hill Civic Association’s Retail Vacancy Task Force’s mission is to identify types of stores and businesses the residents want and that will complement the existing retail mix, and then encourage such businesses to open a location in Beacon Hill as vacancies occur.
Almost 400 people have already completed the survey that lets the task force know what types of stores the neighborhood would like to see , but if you’re not one of them, visit http://www.bhcivic.org/ and complete the brief survey (under “Announcements”).
“We hope as many people as possible will fill out the survey,” said Michael Bruck, who heads the Retail Vacancy Task Force.
