Brewer Fountain, a gift of Gardner Brewer to the City of Boston in 1867, is now illuminated with redesigned and improved lighting, thanks to the Friends of the Public Garden. The lighting will remain on throughout the year, enabling the remarkable details of the fountain’s sculptural features to be beautifully visible after dark.
