On February 1, 2014, the Beacon Hill Civic Association invites all to attend the 42nd Annual Winter Gala. “There’s No Place Like HOME” will be the night to celebrate 92 years of the Beacon Hill Civic Association and the special neighborhood we all call home.
This year’s Gala promises to be like none other! Gala attendees will have the wonderful opportunity to dine together in the ballroom of the Four Seasons, creating the environment of a traditional Gala Dinner Dance. What better way to celebrate your neighborhood and the neighbors that make it so special than by spending an evening socializing, dining and dancing together? In addition, the Four Seasons is offering Gala guests a fabulous discounted room rate of $295 for the night of February 1st. The Winter Gala Committee is also excited to announce a new partnership with Kahootz, one of the most sought after bands in Massachusetts. The dynamic nine-member group, which includes two vocalists, has established an impressive reputation in the local premier music community as Boston’s “go to” band. Featuring an impressive range of styles, this band has guests partying to every type of music including Motown, soul, 80′s dance, rock, disco, jazz, contemporary hip hop, rhythm & blues, music from around the world, and of course, Sinatra’s classics–keeping dancers on the floor moving and grooving all evening long.
This year’s door prize is a Spring 2014 Shoe Party at SAKS FIFTH AVENUE. The winner and three friends are invited to Saks Fifth Avenue to kick-off the spring season in style.
