Assault and Battery
11/22/15 – At around 9:50 a.m., officers responded to Beacon and Charles streets on Boston Common for a fight.
On arrival, police were met by one of the male parties involved, who said another dog walker’s dog urinated on his dog and he verbally berated the female about the incident. At this time, a male witness got involved because of the way he was speaking (inappropriately) to the woman. The two males then got into a fistfight. Both males will be summonsed to court for simple assault and battery.
