07/16/16 – A victim reports his 2007 Toyota Camry was parked on South Charles Street between 7:30 p.m. on July 15 and 2 a.m. on July 16, during which time unknown person(s) smashed the rear driver’s side window and removed the victim’s soccer officiating equipment and uniforms.
