01/12/19 – A Boylston Street hotel reports two male suspects and two female suspects attempted to break into the Cartier showcase, which contained bracelets, watches and purses, in the hotel lobby at around 2:45 p.m. There was no property removed from the showcase, but the lock was successfully unlocked.
Larceny 01/16/19 – Officers responded to a Park Plaza restaurant at around 11:25 a.m. for a report of larceny by check fraud. The unknown suspect cashed an undetermined amount of checks through a federal credit union.
