Larceny in a Building
09/01/11 – A victim reports while moving her daughter into a West Cedar Street apartment at around 4:30 p.m., unknown person(s) stole her handbag, which she left on the floor outside the door of the apartment. The handbag contained U.S. currency, an iPod, a cell phone, keys, credit cards and personal papers.
Larceny from a Motor Vehicle
09/03/11 – A victim reports her 2008 Nissan Altima was broken into between 11 p.m. on Sept. 2 and 2 a.m. the next morning. The car was accessed through the driver’s side window, and a laptop and bag, containing computer accessories, were removed from the vehicle.
