Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon 

10/14/12 – A male suspect was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a male victim on Charles Street at around 1:45 a.m. The suspect and another male were involved in an argument with the victim, at which time, the suspect began to punch and kick the victim. The suspects fled, but were apprehended on Charles Street. The victim was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital for treatment.
