The Esplanade Association (TEA) joined the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) to sponsor an impromptu snowman contest at the Hatch Shell Oval on the Charles River Esplanade last Tuesday, Feb. 12.
Winners received tickets to the July 3 Boston Pops rehearsal concert.
