Indecent Assault and Battery
05/31/13 – A female victim reported while she was walking on Phillips Street at around 11:30 p.m., a male suspect approached her from behind and groped her before fleeing on foot.
The suspect is described as while male in his 20s, with dark hair and a slight build, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches. The suspect was wearing a dark t-Shirt and dark running shorts.
