A total rehab of a classic Louisburg Square townhouse and a Myrtle Street kitchen addition will come before the BHCA’s Zoning and Licensing Committee tonight. The committee will meet Tuesday, July 10 at 7:30pm at 74 Joy Street. Please note the change in date.
The owner/occupant of 12 Louisburg Square will return before the zoning and licensing committee to present their final proposal to extensively renovate the townhouse, in conjunction with its conversion from a three-family to a one-family home.
The owner/occupants of the single-family house at 107 Myrtle Street propose to construct an addition to their kitchen on top of an existing ell at the rear of the building. The addition would essentially double the size of the existing kitchen and would greatly enhance the livability of the property as a single family home.
Neighbors are encouraged to attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend but would like to express an opinion, please call (617.227.1922) or send an email to the BHCA office ([email protected]) prior to the meeting. Design plans and additional information and updates on these matters are posted on the BHCA website at www.bhcivic.org
