On May 1, the Beacon Hill Civic Association’s Zoning & Licensing Committee will meet to discuss the proposed addition of a shed dormer to 5 West Cedar Street. The proposed scope of work is to add a 12-foot wide shed dormer to the garden courtyard (southfacing) side of the existing gable roof and replace the existing asphalt roofing with slate.
