Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect wanted for the most recent assault in the neighborhood (see photo).

At about 6:15 p.m., Monday, July 8, 2013, officers from District A-1 responded to a radio call for an indecent assault and battery in the area of Beacon Hill.

The victim said she was walking toward the Charles/ MGH MBTA station on Brimmer St when she was approached by a suspect who was walking in the opposite direction. The suspect indecently assaulted the victim and fled up Chestnut Street toward Charles Street.
