Armed Robbery
08/16/15 – At around 5:37 p.m., a male suspect was arrested on Boston Common opposite 38 Beacon St. after a foot chase.
Officers observed the suspect kicking the male victim in the head several times before stealing his cigarettes.
The suspect was charged with armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot).
Shoplifting
08/12/15 – At approximately 11:33 a.m., a male suspect stole two pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses from a display case at a neighborhood store and fled on foot.
