Disturbing the Peace
10/23/15 – At around 8:05 p.m., a male suspect was arrested at a Park Plaza restaurant for disturbing the peace and defrauding an innkeeper.
The suspect was sitting at the bar, intoxicated, and was unruly and belligerent to staff and customers. At that time, the responding officers asked him to pay his tab and leave. The suspect then became confrontational and had all his credit cards declined by his banks.

10/25/15 – At approximately 11:37 a.m., a victim reported she parked her 2010 Acura TSX at Charles and Pinckney streets, but when she returned, the rear passenger’s side window was broken and her canvas laptop stolen.
