Melissa Dunn, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Back Bay/Beacon Hill office, is pleased to announce that Leslie Adam has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Adam looks forward to collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s office location at 66 Beacon Street on the corner of Charles Street.
Adam draws upon her extensive background in development and construction management to help her clients to achieve their goals. Prior to affiliating with Hammond, Adam spent many years in the management of professional services firms, with a particular focus on real estate and office construction. She relocated to London for five years, leading the build out and operation of the London office for a major international law firm. After returning to Boston, she led a team of seventy-five at the Boston Consulting Group, where she was also responsible for negotiating a new 80,000 square foot lease and building out landmark office space in downtown Boston.
In addition to her commercial real estate expertise, Adam has raised a family in, and renovated, several different homes on Beacon Hill over the past two decades, giving her unusually deep firsthand insight into the nuances of the local residential real estate market, as well as a strong appreciation of life in the community.
Adam has served on the board of a number of local non-profit organizations, including Beacon Hill Nursery School, the Friends of the Public Garden, and The Nichols House Museum. She most recently served as the President of the Beacon Hill Garden Club.
As a Hammond agent, Adam looks forward to utilizing her broad skill set and extensive market knowledge to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
