Breaking and Entering – Residence
09/25/17 – Victims reported their Phillips St. residence was broken into while they were staying in a hotel, at which time a cleaning company left their windows open following a flood. Meanwhile, unknown person(s) entered the home and stole numerous pieces of jewelry.
