03/28/18 – A Chestnut Street resident reported an unknown male suspect stole packages delivered to the victim’s at around 3 p.m. The suspect was seen on video footage in the foyer archway opening packages and removing their contents. The suspect then fled on foot down Cedar Lane Way.
