January 13, the Beacon Hill Civic Association’s Zoning & Licensing Committee will hold a meeting to discuss a proposal to demolish the existing 2-story building between Hancock and Joy Streets (156 Cambridge Street) and replace it with an 8-story building. The project is in the planning stages, so the purpose of this meeting will be to explain the proposal, answer questions, and solicit feedback from the committee and neighbors. The meeting will take place at 74 Joy Street at 7:30pm. Further details on the project can be viewed at www.bhcivic.org.
Anyone with questions and comments is encouraged to attend. Those unable to attend, but who would like to express an opinion to the BHCA may call (617.227.1922) or send an email to the Executive Director MaryLee Halpin ([email protected]) prior to the meeting.
